How to Find Us

Finding Our Penzance Office

  • We are situated on the corner of Parade Street and Victoria Place, close to the Acorn Theatre. The door remains locked for safety reasons so you will need to ring the bell, then someone will come and let you in.

  • There is a stairlift should you require one.

  • Everyone, including staff based at Penzance, are expected to sign into the Visitor Book when they arrive and to sign out when they leave.

Travel

Carparks:

  • Greenmarket Short Stay Car Park (TR18 4SG) is a minutes walk from our office

  • Clarence Street Car Park (TR18 2SN)

  • Harbour Car Park Car Park (TR18 2SG)

Travel by Train:

  • You might prefer to travel in by train. The station in Penzance is a short walk uphill to the office.

Dogs: Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome in the building.

If you wish to make a complaint more formally, concerns should initially be raised with the person you first had dealings with.  They will of course want to put it right and should be able to resolve most problems quickly and efficiently.
