  • The Blue Litter Project

    Clean Cornwall is a CRCC environmental project that has been working with communities for more than 15 years to tackle the issue of litter and waste in Cornwall.

  • Georgie’s Journey

    Georgie joined CRCC’s Learn Your Way (LYW) programme at the Penzance provision at 16 after finishing secondary school. At the start of his journey with us he had very little confidence or independence but with support from CRCC’s education staff and his parents working together Georgie has developed countless skills and confidence, and is now in paid employment

    You may have seen one of our Poo Dogs out in the wild, so here’s some background on how the dogs ended up in your local green spaces.

  • Compliments to the chef: Students host successful end of term meal

    In July 2024, students from the Learn Your Way and Work Your Way programmes put on a celebratory end of term dining event for their peers and staff. The students were involved with the whole process from designing the menu to dressing tables, cooking and serving: pulling off on an incredible meal!

  • Student Flash mob: Putting on ‘The Greatest Show’

    Students from CRCC’s Learn Your Way programme put on a show-stopping performance at Truro’s Lemon Quay In July 2024.

  • Work Your Way at MPower Kernow

    CRCC run a number of projects that provide opportunities for volunteering. Our partnership with MPower Kernow gives Work Your Way learners experiences learning valuable engineering skills. One project involved renovating an old railway turntable in time to welcome a visit from the world famous Flying Scotsman steam train.

  • Wendron Platinum Jubilee Trail

    CRCC were commissioned by the National Lottery to help groups shape up their proposals to enable them to access funding. This project was put forward by Wendron Parish Council to develop a heritage trail and community garden to mark the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

  • Cycling Without Age

    Cycling without Age offers free Trishaw rides to local people who have difficulty accessing the outdoors. Cornwall Rural Community Charity brought it to West Cornwall.
