Assistant Administrator - Post 16 SEND

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant Administrator to support our Post‑16 SEND provision. This is a varied and rewarding role, working closely with learners, families, education staff, and external professionals to ensure effective administrative support for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Number of hours per week: 28hrs
Salary: FTE £24,123
Type of contract: Fixed term to 31 July 2027
Work base: The Penwith Centre, Parade Street, Penzance

Cornwall Rural Community Charity (CRCC) is a well-established Cornish charity providing a range of services across the county supporting people and communities in need.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication, and supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the service.
