Lead Administrator Post 16 SEND

Are you highly organised, detail‑driven, and passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are looking for a committed Lead Administrator for our Post‑16 SEND Provision to lead our admin team and play a vital role in ensuring that learners with SEND receive the support they need to thrive.

Number of hours per week: 35hrs
Salary: FTE £31,000 
Type of contract: Fixed term to 31 July 2027
Work base: The Penwith Centre, Parade Street, Penzance

Cornwall Rural Community Charity (CRCC) is a well-established Cornish charity providing a range of services across the county supporting people and communities in need.

In this role, you will coordinate key administrative processes linked to SEND provision, including EHCP reviews, support plans, data management, and communication with families and external agencies. You will work closely with the Education management team, teaching staff, and support teams to ensure our provision is compliant, efficient, and learner‑centred.
