Work Your Way is a small, bespoke provision for young people with an EHCP to prepare them for working life. There are two programmes – a supported internship route and a work experience route - both focusing on enabling young people to access placements with one to one support provided if required.

We also run Learn Your Way - a programme which provides support and encouragement to help young people to achieve a qualification, build skills and confidence, make friends and progress on to even better things.

We have provisions in both Truro and Penzance and are now recruiting for 2025.
