Last week the programme hosted a skills opportunity day to allow potential interns to determine whether the programme suits their strengths and aspirations.

The potential interns engaged in a range of activities – all tailored to the job roles they may take on during the programme. Activities ranged from laundry to dressing tables and health and safety. The programme will allow interns to experience admin, hospitality, maintenance and housekeeping roles so that they can identify which job role best suits their skill set.
