The event gave individuals time to network with other carers, learn about available resources, and take part relaxing activities. The morning session consisted of talks from Kat Berriman of Cornwall Council and an Admiral Nurse on the support available in Cornwall as well as talks from Carers with lived experience. After a pasty, Carers enjoyed a range of activities including hand massage, chair yoga, group singing and wellbeing workshops.
