Carers Week 2025:
Caring About Equality

09.06.25

Carers UK and partner charities have announced the theme 'Caring About Equality’ for Carers Week 2025 which runs from the 9th to the 15th of June.

This year's campaign highlights the disparities faced by unpaid carers across the UK and calls for a fairer society with greater support. Our Cornwall Carers Service, support this vital call to action.

Each day of the day will feature a highlighted theme for carers, with a number of activities scheduled which will be open to carers across Cornwall.

Our events will offer dedicated opportunities for carers to have one-to-one conversations with our experienced advisors, where they can access tailored information, guidance, and support specific to their caring role. Whether you're new to caring or have been supporting someone for years, these sessions are designed to help you navigate the challenges, discover available services, and feel more confident and supported in your journey.

Supporting carer wellbeing is a key part of Carers Week. Which is why we’re pleased to offer, together with our partners, a variety of wellbeing activities across the week. These sessions aim to help carers manage stress, find calm, and nurture their own health.
