Learning, connecting and collaborating - 2025 so far

Over the last month we brought together our whole staff to learn, collaborate and connect.
In March we hosted a Trustee day to invite new potential Trustees to learn more about our work, our impact and to meet our teams. We hosted a marketplace for new Trustees to meet teams from our three strands of work: Rural & Coastal, Carers & Wellbeing and Education & Training.
At the start of April we hosted an All Staff Day at Chacewater Village Hall to bring together our staff to connect and collaborate. With so many projects and services providing vital support to Cornish communities days like this are so important to allow our staff to build connections with their colleagues and for the whole charity to celebrate our achievements.
