Community and Grassroots Development Worker

The Grassroots Support Programme, funded by the National Lottery brings six expert organisations together to give Cornwall's grassroots groups the hands-on support, training and confidence to thrive.

Salary: £27,500 FTE
Type of contract: Fixed term, 3 years
Work base: Home-based, with regular travel across Cornwall for meetings, training, outreach and community activity

The purpose of this role is to deliver dynamic, people-centred support for small charities, community groups and grassroots organisations across Cornwall. The role combines community engagement, organisational development, capacity-building and collaborative working to help groups strengthen governance, planning, delivery and long-term sustainability.
